DBG Series

Heavy Salt Damage Resistance

The PV system installed in salt-damaged areas often fails due to frame corrosion. The DBG series are heavy salt damage resistant photovoltaic modules. Since its improved corrosion resistance, it can be installed in areas such as heavy salt damage along the sea, heavy snowfall areas and highways where antifreeze and snow melting are often used.

Applications

In combination with a solar charge controller and a battery, it can be used as a power source for applications, such as navigation obstacle lights, meteorological telemeters, disaster prevention monitoring devices, fishing boats, pleasure boats, pelagic research vessels and spacecraft.

DBG100-12

Maximum Static Load 5,400Pa

The maximum static load of DBG100-12 is 5,400Pa, so it can be installed on the top of a steel tower or on the roof of a high-rise building.

Waterproof Connector

DBG100-12 is equipped with output cable and the cable is with waterproof connector that is compatible with the MC4 connector. The waterproof protection class is IP67, ensures safety and waterproofness of DBG100-12.

DBG012-24

For 24V Systems

DBG012-24 outputs the optimum voltage for charging a 24V battery, so DBG012-24 is suitable for use in ships where many devices are used for 24Vdc. In addition, DBG012-24 helps prevent battery over-discharge if the ship is at anchor.

Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel

DBG012-24 uses highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel SUS316L for the frame. Welded parts at the four corners are also specially processed to improve corrosion resistance. DBG012-24 can be installed in places where seawater directly hits*, such as ships and areas along the sea.
*If the modules got seawater, it should be rinsed with fresh water.

Easy to install

Since the DBG012-24 has mounting holes on the front side, it can be easily installed on a flat surface with screws only without a mounting stand.
